this childhood of theirs

May Peace Be Upon Us.

After eons of days of Missing In Action, I am back!

WHOOHOO!!

(ok laugh)

It's such an eye-opener how kids wear their expressions on their sleeves. The five year olds I know has not yet developed a complicated mix of emotions (or developed a mask yet). To sum up their feelings it all depends whether they like or dislike or/and when they think something is right (thus, they agree) or when they think that particular something is wrong (and thus, disagree with complains, whines or even sulking).

It touched me to see that most of them are able to care for their friends. Most days, I was let on to see their self-impression of others affect the way they communicate after a fight (atleast one became more wary of the other/s) or a happy incident (they became closer).

I guess, in some ways, I'm glad I could be the cause of those happy incident and likewise if I could intervene and prevent a fight. it's rewarding that way. Yet there are still those days, where it's so hard to reach them or assure them that it's okay, that its a small matter, or that crying won't solve anything.

It seems that I had needed all these lessons from my five-year olds to confront the one person that I might have neglected long ago; me.

My hope now is to finish off this year with them and wish with all my heart they would remember me, not because of my looks or appearance but through good values that they've picked up in my class. Wallahualam bissawab.

a certain seven years old

May peace be upon us.

After seeing too many tears in the first week of school, it's really nice to see more smiling faces before the week came to an end. // Almost as nice as seeing a seven-years-old bowl and hit a spare at the eleventh hour. (:

Funny, they say, laughter is the best medicine, they dint mention the cramps yur face will have later on ;p especially after seeing someone trying to dance-off to the para-para beat. hilarious, i tell yu. xD Have to thank 'F' for that. (:

a roller-coaster ride emotion. and then my short revenge (=
oh, sweet justice! (;
